Do I need
to have a computer to file

Electronic claims processing is
done using our computers and
software. We bring your
electronic database to you on
one of our laptops. We can
however zip the electronic files
for your office’s computers if
you choose.

medical record files ever leave
my office? |

No. All
hard copies of medical records
stay in your office. All you
have to do is provide the
billing information to us during
our weekly or bi-weekly
meetings. During these meetings
we will discuss all information
and make sure everyone
understands our system which has
earned Web E.R. a collection
rate of over 98%.

Are there
fees for connection or annual
renewal? |

No. We do
not charge any setup or
enrollment fees. There is no
upfront cost for you unless you
don't have a computer and you
choose to buy one. We do
not collect from you until we
perform as promised. Our
fee is based on a percentage of
your total monthly collections.

Yes. Our
customized billing software
allows us to enter charges,
track claims and provide
reporting for each provider
within your practice.

insurance and patient payments

payments and EOB’s will be sent
directly to you just as if you
were processing your own
billing. With Web E.R. on your
