Q  Do I need to have a computer to file claims electronically?
A  No. Electronic claims processing is done using our computers and software. We bring your electronic database to you on one of our laptops. We can however zip the electronic files for your office’s computers if you choose.
 
Q  Do my medical record files ever leave my office?
A  No. All hard copies of medical records stay in your office. All you have to do is provide the billing information to us during our weekly or bi-weekly meetings. During these meetings we will discuss all information and make sure everyone understands our system which has earned Web E.R. a collection rate of over 98%.
 
Q  Are there fees for connection or annual renewal?
A  No. We do not charge any setup or enrollment fees. There is no upfront cost for you unless you don't have a computer and you choose to buy one. We do not collect from you until we perform as promised. Our fee is based on a percentage of your total monthly collections.
 
Q  Can Web E.R. handle a practice with multiple providers?
A  Yes. Our customized billing software allows us to enter charges, track claims and provide reporting for each provider within your practice.
 
Q  Will insurance and patient payments go to Web E.R. when you process our billing?
 
A  No. All payments and EOB’s will be sent directly to you just as if you were processing your own billing. With Web E.R. on your team, you can expect a simpler, more efficient process as well as more consistent revenue stream.
 
Q  Do you have any references?
A  Yes. Many of our customers would be happy to speak with you regarding our performance and how we have helped them manage their revenue stream.
 
Q  How soon can we get started?
A  Electronic submission can be set up in as little as a week or two. It is helpful to have all provider numbers in line with Medicare, Medicaid and all HMO’s you may accept.
